Usage Directions:
Apply desired amount onto wet hand and create lather.
Gently smooth onto face in a circular motion. Rinse off and pat dry.
Use once per day.

I personally use it in my shower every night to scrub away all the impurities of the day at to refresh my dull and tiring face.

Product Consistency:
The product is a runny clear gel with turquoise micro beads.

My review:
I have combination skin but mostly very oily.

I have used this face wash three times already and it normally lasts me for 4 to 5 months.

When I wash my face with this face I feel refreshed instantly as it definitely removes all the dirt and oil as it claims. With regular usage I felt that it tightens my pores as well as my skin.

This product is perfect for regular use as it is not a harsh scrub.

Pros:
Not a harsh product, hence can be used as a regular scrub.
Suitable for oily skin and combination skin.
Deep cleans and really purifies skin.
Reasonable Price

Cons:
Not suitable for dry skin

Yves Rocher Mango & Coriander Energizing Exfoliating Shower Gel - [#Product Review]

Well, by now, you would know that I use a lot of Yves Rocher products.

For those who don't know, Yves Rocher is a French brand that offers products that are organic and botanical.

I am exposed to the variety of their products as my mum is an ambassador of this brand. I can assure you that however, my views are completely sincere.

Yves Rocher recently introduced the Mango and Coriander Shower Gel and Scrub. I decided to give it a try as through the magazine it seemed very appealing. I got myself the scrub first.

The product claims that it enables  you to enjoy the pleasure of a clean and gently exfoliated skin daily. The gel includes a combination of coriander essential oils, mango extract and 100% fruit seeds of apricot kernel powder and almond powder. A plus point of this product is that it is bottled in an eco-friendly tube.

True fact, Mauritius recently turned out to be more eco-friendly as it recently banned plastic bags which are not bio-degradable.

The scent of the product is very appealing and remains in the shower even after you have showered and is also reflected on your skin after the shower. I actually felt that I smelt delicious.

The con of this product is that it gets over too fast. I showered with this only once per day and it did not last for two full weeks. The usage period was most probably around 10 days.

I have not tried the shower gel ye but I am sure it smells the same and the only difference would be the fruit seed that help exfoliate the skin.

I am looking forward to try it very soon.

Thanks for reading.

Akira

Starring: Sonakshi Sinha, Konkona Sen Sharma & Anurag Kashyap

Sonakshi Sinha seems to have lost a lot of weight for the purpose of this movie.

The movie starts where Akira, a young girl, starts Martial Arts to defend herself against the rogues of her society who throw acid on girls to get their revenge.

Later on, Akira gets entrapped in a story of corrupted police officers... No one believes her story and she is proven to have gone mad because of her childhood problematic issues.

Watch this movie to see how Akira reacts to all the false allegations made against her.

This movie hits the emotions directly. I would recommend that kids do not watch this.

Gabbar is Back

Starring:
Akshay Kumar & Shruti Hassan

This movie revolves around one man who decides to make a difference in the Society. He creates an organisation whereby the sole aim is to eradicate corruption in the Society.

Totally recommended.. :)

Oh So Heavenly - Moroccan Argan Oil - Nourishing 24HR Hand Cream

I recently purchased this product for Rs99 at Pastel Mauritius. At first, I had never heard of this product, not even the brand 'Oh So Heavenly'.

I later discovered that Oh So Heavenly is a South African Brand and its products are quite reputed for its lovely scent.

I usually very attracted to Argan Oil products so I decided to give this product a try.

On trying this product for the first time I was totally in love with it. The scent is amazing and the texture of the product is very light and not sticky at all unlike many had creams I've used.

I used to keep the product on my work desk and it literally got over in two weeks. Believe me this is very fast for someone like me. I used it for two to three times a day, sometimes even more.

It really moisturised my hands and my palms became softer than it usually was. This cream pushed me to try more of the Oh So Heavenly creams.

Once I do, I shall review them as well.

This is so far, the best hand cream I've ever used.

St Ives - Blemish Control - Apricot Scrub

Today I thought of writing about the St Ives Blemish Control Apricot Scrub that I heard so many people rave about.

Product Brand:  St Ives

Net Weight: 200 ml

Ingredients: Apricot, Corn Kernel Meal, Walnut

Product Claims:  The product claims to be America's No.1 Scrub Brand. It helps to gently clean pores and helps stop breakouts before they occur.

Product Benefits:

  • 100% Natural Exfoliants
  • Paraben Free
  • Oil Free
  • 2% Salicylic Acid
  • Dermatologist tested
  • Hypoallergenic
To use:

Use a pea size amount and gently rub in on your wet face.

Rinse well.

To be used 2 to 3 times a week.

What I think?

I loved this product on my first try. Since I have very oily skin, when I was done scrubbing my face I felt it to be very clean.

However, i would not recommend people with dry skin to use this product.

I definitely feel that the product is full of natural exfoliants and is oil free. It has a very nice apricot scent.

I also do feel that it cleans pores but I am not sure that they actually do stop breakouts before they occur as many times while using the product I had a few breakouts.

If you have used this product, I would love to hear your experience.

Dirty Grandpa

First of all all, this movie is UNRATED.

The story revolves around Jason Kelly and his grandfather. Jason attends his grandmother's funeral where he reunites with his grandfather, with who he was once very close.

However, Jason's dad a control freak was the main reason Jason drifted apart from his grandfather and his love for photography. He is now a big lawyer.

Jason is engaged to Meredith who is also uptight and controlling.

His grandfather, makes it a mission to take him away to make him have some fun and rediscover himself.

Does Jason end up getting married?

Does he meet another woman?

Does he cheat on his fiancee?

Does he start getting along with his grandfather again?

All those questions can only be answered after watching this movie.

Totally recommended for a good laugh for all the boy and girls out there.

Dark Visions - The Strange Power #Quotes - L.J Smith

"You don't invite the local witch to parties. No matter how beautiful she is."

"You have something inside you that won't be repressed. A hidden power that burns like a flame," he went on. "You're superior to the rest of humanity - don't ever forget that."

By the way,” he said, turning, “everyone else had better keep out of here. After you spend so much time in lockup, you get to like your space. You get kind of territorial. I wouldn't want anybody to get hurt.” ... Gabriel gave her [Kaitlyn] a long, measuring look. Then he flashed a brilliant, unsettling smile. “You can come in any time you like

“He’d have to make sure it was just a diversion.  That kind of girl might be too interesting, might tempt you to get involved. . . And that could never happen again.”

“If everybody could feel that [people’s pain] things would be different.  There wouldn’t be any murder or torture or stuff—because nobody would want to cause pain to anybody else.”

"Good night, Gabriel.” she said
You jerk.
He widened his eyes. “Don't you want to stay? It's a big bed."

“If it had been a touch, it might have been pressure—not an uncomfortable pressure, but one that swept away all the pain of her headache.  Like a river rushing through her mind, clearing out everything stagnant and clotted and decayed.”

“Why should Gabriel care about her, a girl that was involved with a guy he hated?  A girl who could only disturb him. . . A girl with hair like fire and witch eyes, his mind whispered.  A girl who hounded, badgered him . . . Who challenges you, his mind whispered.  Who could be your equal.”

“Hi, Anna” Kaitlyn said, feeling somewhat resigned herself.
“Hi Kait.”
“Hi, Anna,” Lewis said chirpily.
“And good night, John-boy!”  Gabriel shouted from across the house.  “Shut the hell up, all of you!”

“It would have been like losing me, like loosing my own soul,” Rob said, but it wasn’t really like him saying it to her, it was like he were simply realizing these things himself.  “And now it’s like finding my soul again.  The other half of me.”
“I’m with you.  I belong to you.  I’m a part of you.  I will be forever.”  Kaitlyn didn’t even know which of them was speaking.  The feelings were in both of them.  “We were born for this.”

Avon Advance Techniques – Anti-Hair Fall – [#Product Review]

Today I will be writing about the Avon Advance Techniques Shampoo. As you guys might have already seen I use a lot of Avon Products. However, this is because I was introduced to Avon at a very young age and I would buy anything I felt like trying. My stock of products from Avon have still to be reviewed which will be coming up as soon as I finish them.

So,

Product Brand: Avon

Product Name: Advance Techniques Shampoo

Ref: Anti-Hair Fall

Net Weight: 200ml

Ingredients:

Product Claims:

This gentle conditioning shampoo contains Keratin, a key component of hair, leaving it feeling soft, smooth and silky. When used with advance techniques anti-hair fall conditioner, it reduces breakage (due to combing and brushing vs non-conditioning shampoo with regular use) that can occur with daily brushing and styling as well as helps to prevent future damage.

To use:

Wet hair and lather.
Rinse.
Repeat if necessary.

What I think?

I used quite a few of the Avon Advanced Techniques Shampoo. Since I had quite heavy hair fall the past few months I started using this specific one. However, I did not use its conditioner as it was not available when I went to purchase it. This really did help reduce my hair fall. It is not a miracle worker to stop the whole hair fall process but it reduced it to very less than usual. When it got over I used another shampoo that did not treat hair fall and I saw that my started falling all over again. I have thinking of switching back to this one very soon and use it along with its conditioner. Will let you know the results very soon. The packaging is user friendly and very durable. After my shampoo gets over I tend to wash the containers to re use it for storage.

Googly

Googly is a 2013 Indian Kannada language romantic comedy film directed by Pavan Wadeyar and produced by Jayanna Combines. Yash and Kriti Kharbanda are the lead actors while Ananth Nag and Sadhu Kokila play the primary supporting roles. The film was released on 19 July 2013.

Googly is a love story told using flashbacks. It revolves around Sharath (Yash), a commerce student, and Swathi (Kriti Kharbanda), a medical student. Sharath is an unusual character who is full of energy, where as Swathi is a simple girl. They meet at Sharath's college in Bangalore where a forum is to be held. Before their love story begins, misunderstandings occur causing Swathi to leave for her hometown of Mysore. After 2 years, they are reunited when traveling to a friend's wedding. The events that occur from then on form the rest of the story.

You may watch the movie on the link below:

Please note that this a Hindi dubbed version.

I personally really liked the movie.  I felt that Yash had portrayed the role of Sarath really well. It is the first movie I am watching from him and truthfully speaking I am impressed. He has a nice dressing sense in the movie and his facial expressions are marvellous.

I recently watched the movie Raaz Reboot and Kriti Kharbanda was playing the role of the lead actress. I find that the acting of the actress has very much evolved through time.

I would really recommend the movie Googly as I had a nice time and a good laugh while watching it .

Let me know what you think.

The Meddler

“The Meddler” - Susan Sarandon plays the title character, Marnie Minervini, a sixty-something mom who moves from New York to Los Angeles to be closer to her screenwriter daughter Lori (Rose Byrne), who just broke up with her actor boyfriend (Jason Ritter). Marnie is one of those mothers who calls her daughter five times in the space of a couple of hours, leaving a message each time Lori doesn’t pick up, then leaves ten more messages throughout the day because she’s worried about not having heard back from her yet. Her daughter can’t take her relentlessness, so Marnie channels her energy into mothering strangers and near-strangers. She encourages a helpful Apple store clerk named Freddy (Jerrod Carmichael) to go to college and even gives him rides to and from school. When she finds out that a young lesbian mom named Jillian (Cecily Strong) can’t afford her fantasy wedding, she offers to foot the bill herself.

The movie seemed very interesting by reading the plot. However, while watching it I found it to be quite slow which made me fall asleep. I had to watch the movie in three times (bit by bit).

If you found this movie to be otherwise, please let me know in the comment section below.
