My views:

This perfume has definitely been one of my all time favourites. Since I was very little, my aunt used to get this perfume for my mother. I loved the scent ever since. On growing up, I always told my aunt to bring me one when she came.

Over the years, they have developed other Far away perfumes with other scents but I have not really loved the others as much as the original one.

Pros:

- Packaging is sweet and has that pinkish touch.

- Solid glass packaging (Mine fell down once but the bottle did not break)

- Lovely scent (As you all might know I love the oriental scents in perfumes and this one is exactly to my taste)

- Affordable

- None

Avon Advance Techniques Smooth as Silk - [#Product Review]

This set contains 3 products as shown in the picture above,

These products can also be bought separately.

I have personally used these products and have clearly been able to point out their Pros and Cons as mentioned below:

Pros:

- Affordable

- The product claims that after use the hair has a silky effect which is true

- Smells nice

- The packaging is secured and practical

Cons:

-None

I have met quite a few people who has claimed that their hair have really improved after using this set.

Simple Kind to Skin Facial Scrub - [Product Review]

Product: Smoothing Facial Scrub

Made in? Hungary
 

To use:

Apply a small amount to damp face and neck. Massage in circular movements avoiding eye area. Rinse away with plenty of water. Use once a week on normal dry skin and twice a week on oily skin.
 

Product Claim:

Our smoothing facial scrub is a perfect blend of multi vitamins and a skin-loving exfoliator to remove dead skin cells and keep your skin brighter and more even textured. Perfect for even sensitive skin.
 

What I think?

Even if the product stated that it has to be used once a week or twice, I used it every night after wearing heavy makeup. This product is very gentle thus I found it to be possible. However, I would not have adopted the same tactic with another scrub.
 

After wearing heavy makeup my face tends to seem very unhealthy. So I use this scrub to remove the dead skin cells and help my skin to brighten up.
 

Will I re-purchase?

Yes. I found that this has done wonders to my skin. I love this scrub.
 

Pros:

Contains rice granules

No artificial perfume or colour

Dermatologically tested and approved

A gentle product that does not irritate the skin

Contains multi vitamins

Did you know that men preferred silk/satin nighties?

My better half recently revealed that men prefer silk/satin nighties rather than cotton or fluffy sleepwear. So I decided to redo my nightwear collection and add in more satin/silk stuff.

Frederic M - Revitalising Shampoo (Soin Anti-Chute) - [#Product Review]

Product Quantity: 250ml

This product claims to help against hair fall. That is why I purchased it. The product in itself is a gel like consistency and is light green in colour. I am not a fan of the smell.

 

 

Pros:

 

- Lathers well

 

Cons:

- I did not see the effect of stopping any fall out.

- The packaging makes it difficult to determine how much product is left in the bottle.

- Not a fan of the smell

- My hair gets very dry after the wash and tends to get weak.

 

I personally feel that the product might be more effective if used in the whole set.

 

Will I repurchase? ----I don't think so.

Avon Oil Control Pressed Powder - [Medium]

I have been using the Avon Oil Control Pressed Powder for around 5 years already. I am in the shade Medium but I know that they must have other shades like oriental and light; light being the lightest and oriental being the darkest.

 

I discovered this powder when I felt that my skin was getting to oily and wanted to control that. The term "Oil control" intrigued me and I ended up buying this powder. Now, I feel blessed to be using it as it is seriously one of my favourite.

 

It comes in a small compact box with a small mirror which makes it easy to carry around. It has a small puff inside which I don't usually use. I personally feel applying compact powder with a puff makes your face look unnatural, hence I usually use a big Kabuki Brush.

 

Funny Story, once when we went to my Grandma's, my mum had forgotten her powder at home and I gave her mine to use. She loved it so much that she told me to get her one. Luckily the day I bought that powder it was on promotion and she sent me to that shop again to buy 2 more. Hence, she was left with 3 powders in the same shade. Until now, she uses the same powder and it is still her all time favourite as well.

Elianto - L'amour EDT

I received this product as gift after purchasing numerous eye shadows at Elianto.

This perfume comes in a pink box and is named 'L'amour' which signifies 'Love'. The small pink flower that comes with it adds a flowery look to the perfume and really brings out the femininity from it.

The scent of the perfume is very soft and there is no doubt that ladies will love it. 

As you all might know, I love strong and oriental perfumes, which is the contrary of the l'amour perfume. So I preferred to use this perfume for very casual occasions.

On an all rounder basis, I would highly recommend this perfume to the ladies who love soft scents.
