Yves Rocher - Pure System Clarifying Toner - [#Product Review]

When I first opened this toner, I checked the description again. I was surprised at the product texture. It is a gel like consistency compared to the usual liquid toners. You do not have to use a cotton pad with this one. you can spread it on your face just like a face cream or serum. 

Pros:

- Cheap

- Unclogs pores to purify skin

- Refines and mattifies skin texture
- Reduces the appearance of redness with its clarifying action
- Paraben free

Cons:

- Residues that remain on the cap turns to a very sticky texture.
- Sticks on hand after use.

Packaging: Comes in a plastic bottle with the cap being quite tight and secured. The packaging contains 150ml of the product.

Texture:  Gel consistency

Scent: Refreshing scent.

Quantico - #Priyanka Chopra TV Series

While watching an interview of Priyanka Chopra, I got to know that she has been starring in an American television thriller series named Quantico.

The TV series revolves about the lives of young FBI recruits at the Quantico base in Virginia when one of them is suspected of being a sleeper terrorist. It is currently heading toward Alex Parrish who is suspected of committing a terrorist attack.

Avon Faraway Deodorant

 

I have bought and used this product countless of times. Faraway is one of my favorite scents in the Avon brand.

Pros:

- Cheap
- Smells Awesome (Oriental)
- Stays on for quite a while

Cons:

- None.

Packaging: Comes in a sprayer of 200ml and is very light weight. Very helpful for travelling as well.

Texture:  Vapo Spray.

Scent: Oriental scent, very suitable for any occasion.

Yves Rocher - Bleu Vegetal Shower Gel - [#Product Review]

I bought this product while it was on promotion last summer.

Pros:

- Cheap
- Smells Awesome
- Perfect for Summer
- Lathers well

Cons:

- The liquid is very lighweight, hence you have to use quite a lot for the scent to remain on your body after the shower.

Packaging: Comes in a bottle of 200ml and is very light weight. The bottle cap is very secured, hence very helpful or travelling too.

Texture:  Soft transparent white liquid. Lathers well for showering.

Scent: Light scent, very suitable for summer.

Love is On the Air - [Hallmark Channel]

Alison Sweeney enacts the role of Sonia, a woman studies and feminist radio host whereas Jonathan Scarfe enacts the role of the man-cave radio host.

 

In an interview, Alison Sweeney said that "It's a great date night move; my husband actually likes it

 

The story plot of this movie revolves about Sonia, who gets dumped on the radio by her Fiancee for not being very supportive and for being at different junctures in life.

 

Sonia wanted a life where she had her independent self whereas her boyfriend needed someone to sit behind the back seat.

 

Nick on the other hand is a man-cave radio host. He does not agree with long term relationships and his advice on air is relatively towards that.

 

In the midst of co-hosting a show, Nick and Sonia get close to each other. After continuously fighting on the air the actually gradually become friends. Nick helps Sonia have a makeover to win her fiancée back.

 

Nick and Sonia start having feelings for each other but they can't reveal that to each other as this would affect their show.

 

etc...

 

I won't continue the story but take my words for it.. this is an awesome movie.

I had started using this product after I had tried the St Ives Apricot Scrub. I assumed that this product would be just as great. It is true that this product has helped me out with the acne and soothes and cleans the skin perfectly. Overall, I love the product and would repurchase it. But if I am not mistaken this has been discontinued. The packaging makes it easier to pump out some product for daily use and the smell is not bad. 

I can also confirm that all the products that I have used from St Ives brand have been very satisfying. I have no complaints against the product and its line.
